Welcome to DeRo Renovations. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website. They also govern your participation in our SMS/text messaging program if you separately opt in to receive text messages as described in Section 2.
1. About Our Services
DeRo Renovations is a licensed and insured home remodeling contractor serving Mt. Juliet and Middle Tennessee, specializing in kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovations, custom cabinetry, decks, interior design, new home construction, and handyman services.
2. SMS/Text Messaging Program
A. Program Description
When you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from DeRo Renovations, you may receive the following types of messages, depending on which consent(s) you provide:
Non-marketing (transactional/service) messages — responses to service inquiries you initiate; appointment confirmations and reminders; scheduling and rescheduling communications; estimates and service-visit information; customer-support communications; and updates concerning an ongoing or upcoming project.
- Service updates — updates related to your ongoing or upcoming project
- Appointment confirmations — confirmations of scheduled consultations, estimates, or service visits
Marketing messages — occasional offers, seasonal promotions, or announcements about our services. Marketing texts are sent only if you separately and affirmatively opt in to marketing messages through a dedicated, optional consent checkbox that is unchecked by default and separate from the non-marketing consent checkbox.
Consent to one category does not enroll you in the other.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are never required to consent to receive marketing text messages (or any text messages) as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from DeRo Renovations.
This messaging program is designed to ensure optimal customer support and to respond promptly to service-related inquiries from our customers.
B. Command Keywords
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us or by texting STOP to 615-265-0065. After you send STOP, we will send one final SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you subsequently provide consent again.
Opting back in: If you later wish to resume receiving text messages after opting out, you may text START to 615-265-0065 or submit a new consent form on our website. C. Frequency, Rates & Liability
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Age Restriction & Legal Representation
By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program.

All project pricing, scope, and scheduling are determined through direct consultation and a signed agreement between DeRo Renovations and the customer.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, videos, and portfolio photos — is the property of DeRo Renovations unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
DeRo Renovations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or messaging program, including but not limited to delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
