At DeRo Renovations, Larry lead a design/build remodeling company focused on luxury kitchen renovations and custom cabinetry for discerning homeowners in Wilson, Williamson, and Davidson Counties. We specialize in creating fully customized kitchen spaces — from layout and design to cabinet fabrication and final installation — with precision, care, and unmatched attention to detail.
Every project begins with your vision and ends with a finished space tailored to how you live. Whether you’re upgrading your kitchen with painted or stained custom cabinetry, or reconfiguring the entire footprint for better function and flow, we handle it all — design, planning, and construction — under one roof.
My journey began in 1986 with a brush and a brick house I painted by myself as a teenager. That job still holds today, and so does the mindset I brought to it: do it right, or don’t do it at all. That work ethic now drives a team of skilled professionals who are committed to delivering remodeling experiences as beautiful as the results.

At DeRo Renovations, Toshya serves as our Customer Liaison — the first point of contact for homeowners beginning their remodeling journey. With a gift for connection and over 20 years of professional experience, she ensures every client feels heard, respected, and confident in the process ahead.
Toshya’s background spans healthcare, nonprofit leadership, and community service. She brings strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to her role — helping clients navigate everything from early consultations to project logistics with warmth and professionalism.
Born and raised in Tennessee and a Middle Tennessee resident for over 30 years, Toshya has deep roots in the local community and a passion for helping others. She loves sitting down with prospective clients, hearing their vision, and being part of the process that turns their dream kitchen or bathroom into reality.
Outside of work, Toshya is a dedicated wife and mother of three. She enjoys gardening, hiking, kayaking, and baking — and she leads a local food bank that supports refugee families and neighbors in need.

Michelle Engebretson

Michelle is a valued crew member at DeRo Renovations, known for her unmatched attention to detail and quiet determination. When Michelle is on-site, things get done — and they get done right.
Her journey with DeRo began as a client in 2022, when her family hired us for a home renovation. Inspired by the craftsmanship, communication, and care she experienced firsthand, Michelle joined our team to pursue her growing passion for quality home improvement and remodeling work.
With a background in strength sports (hammer throw, powerlifting, and Scottish Highland Games) and a blue belt in jiu-jitsu, Michelle brings both strength and precision to every project. Her dedication to the craft is matched by her creativity — especially when she’s baking or doing art projects with her four children.
Now that her kids are older and more independent, Michelle has found her professional home at DeRo. She applies her meticulous mindset and hands-on skills to help homeowners transform their kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces into beautiful, functional environments.
